Welcome to American Care, Inc.'s Health Flex Plan

American Care, Inc. offers the Health Flex Plan, which provides affordable health care services to uninsured Florida residents. For $50 per month, individuals get basic medical care, prescription medications $4 each, and free transportation to and from the medical center of your choice.

The Health Flex Plan was established by the State of Florida. The 2002 Florida Legislature established the Health Flex Plan Program in recognition of a need of health care for a significant number of Florida residents who are unable to obtain affordable health insurance coverage. Florida Statute 408.909 establishes the Health Flex Plan Program.
